"I finished my Nursing prerequisites in 2019 with a 4.0 GPA. In the midst of waiting for an acceptance letter, I began training for my first bodybuilding competition. Covid then hit, schools shut down, and my entire trajectory changed course.

As my tunnel vision shifted from Nursing to competing, I was beyond humbled by the amount of people seeking my guidance as they found inspiration to begin their own fitness journey.
​
Overwhelmed by the fear of underperforming, I took on the responsibility of acquiring the proper credentials to provide proper training and since then, dedicated myself to the ongoing pursuit of knowledge related to health and fitness.
​
Looking back, I realize I was never truly passionate about Nursing - I just wanted to help people.
​
Knowing what I know now, I do not want to be the one helping you treat a disease. I want to be the one helping you live a healthier lifestyle, in hopes of preventing the disease in the first place.

"My journey to health and fitness started early in life after being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at just six years old. Managing my health through diet, exercise, and determination taught me how critical it is to take care of your body—something I’ve carried with me every day since.
For nearly 12 years, I’ve proudly served as a firefighter. In this demanding career, being in top physical condition isn’t just a preference—it’s a necessity. Staying fit allows me to do my job effectively, protect my team, and serve my community. As a firefighter and EMT, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the human body and how it functions, which fuels my passion for helping others unlock their physical potential.
Growing up, I played sports and developed a love for lifting weights at the age of 16. Over the years, this love turned into a lifestyle and now, a career in fitness coaching. My time as a firefighter has given me a unique perspective on how vital it is to prioritize your health—not just for today but for the years ahead. I know firsthand the life-changing impact of being physically fit, and I want to help others avoid preventable diseases and poor health through sustainable habits.
My mission is to empower people to take control of their fitness and well-being, whether they’re looking to lose weight, build strength, or simply feel better in their everyday lives. I take pride in giving my clients tools and knowledge they can use for the rest of their lives. My goal is to provide lasting value, helping you not only reach your goals but maintain them long-term.
